BUILD THE
BOARD.
BREAK THE
GAME.

A build-your-own-board pachinko roguelike where every peg, ball and modifier can become part of something completely broken.

See how it plays
YOUR BOARD. YOUR EXPERIMENT.
Real development gameplay: a player-built board of coral bumpers, violet force fields, moving platforms and balls above multiplier and jackpot slots.
Real prototype gameplay · experimental board

A different kind of pachinko

The board isn’t given.
It’s built by you.

BUILD.

Place pegs, multipliers and moving machines. Make a board worth launching into.

COMBINE.

Experiment with balls, board pieces, modifiers and relics that react to what happens.

BREAK.

Chase unexpected chain reactions. Find combinations we never planned for.

Inside a run

Make a plan.
Then let it bounce.

Every placement changes the experiment. Every launch puts it to the test.

The real Build screen: a pressure plate linked to two receivers, with a moving platform placed below.
01 / ASSEMBLE Shape the path. Connect the pieces.
A real high-speed prototype test: a ball travels through an accelerator and an inflating bumper toward the board’s payout slots.
02 / EXPERIMENT Launch it. See what happens.
  1. 01

    Build your board

Buy pieces, place them freely and reshape the route.

  2. 02

    Choose your balls

Different bodies and cores change how a ball behaves. Fuse balls to combine them.

  3. 03

    Take the shot

Aim, launch and let the physical machine take over.

  4. 04

    Follow the chain reaction

Build multipliers, trigger pieces and spawn secondary balls.

  5. 05

    Cash in. Keep going.

Payout slots turn the attempt’s score into damage. Beat encounters and develop your next board.

Captured from the current development build. Experimental content, visuals and balance are still changing.

No prescribed build

One little hit.
A whole lot of
consequences.

Pieces react to what you do, not to a build you’re told to follow.

Hit something new. Strike it again. Break a piece, gain a multiplier or send another ball into the mix. Shared interactions let your board become more than the sum of its parts.

Moving platforms, signals and force fields are being tested alongside pegs and ball fusion. The goal: surprising machines you discover for yourself.

The project

A game in motion.

PachinKOre is an independent game project in active development.

We’re prototyping, playing and iterating on the mechanics, balance and presentation. Board building, ball fusion and systemic interactions are already part of the prototype; the wider game is still taking shape.

No release date announced. More to share as development progresses.
